Estate Agent Boards Regulations

Estate agent boards are a great way to advertise your house for sale or let, however, they do come with some rules. The maximum size that a board can be is 0.5m² for residential properties. This is normally achieved by using a 600x800mm board, however other shapes and sizes are available. The boards must also be removed within 14 days of completion of sale. There is a range of other rules and regulations so please check your local council website for further clarity.
